Washington DC, our nation's capitol.
Looks really important, doesn't it?
Here I am at the National Archives, the home of the declaration of independence, the constitution, and the bill of rights.
OMG! It's the declaration of inde freakin' pendance!
Then we stopped by the museum of Natural history and saw the Hope diamond.
Wouldn't that look just darling on me?
We walked like 6 miles around the national mall, seeing amazing sites like the Vietnam war memorial, the WW2 memorial, and the Washington Monument.
Honest Abe was fabulous, he was even better in person!
We even went over to lush and got some sweet smelling stuff!
The reflecting pool really was quite marvelous, a perfect way to end the trip!
